SCAD FASH Invitation

Students were tasked with creating an invitation for a SCAD FASH Exhibition based on a designer of their choice. I chose Guo Pei, a Chinese designer who is known for her intricate and theatrical garments. I chose a regal blue dress from her “1002 Nights” collection as inspiration for the invitation. The final product includes a variety of special finishes, and the design elements were all picked from the dress. Receiving and opening this card is meant to be a memorable experience. This invitation is meant to be beautiful, intricate, and dramatic, just like Guo Pei’s work!
